Metropolis at the MIPIM Fair, Cannes 13 - 16 March

It is the meeting place of the representatives of the world companies dealing with investments: developers, financiers, consultants and the people who can offer investment areas, i.e. municipal and regional authorities.

This year the MIPIM Fair takes place from 13^th to 16^th March. The organizers expect about 20,000 people from 74 countries. The exhibition space includes 13 sectioned areas, amounting to over 24,000 square meters in total.

The city of Katowice will present a project of the city centre redevelopment to the international fair audience at the MIPIM. The fair in Cannes is the best opportunity to present the biggest modernization of the city centre in Central Europe, which in terms of scale resembles the redevelopment of Berlin.

The hosts of the Katowice stand include: Mr Piotr Uszok – the President of Katowice and Mr Tomasz Konior – the initiator of the redevelopment project. Also the representatives of the Metropolis Commercial Real Estate will make a guest appearance on the stand as the independent experts analyzing the Silesian real estate market.
