Silesia at the Dream Time Fair

The conference was attended by the most important national and international market players who focused their attention on discussing factors that influence the housing sector. One of the panels entitled “No end visible” referred to the forecasts for the housing market for the years to come and to the factors that influence them.

The panelists included representatives of the Silesian real estate market: Marek Wollnik, Managing Director of Metropolis Commercial Real Estate and Marcin Kuboszek, Project Manager in Nestin Polska Sp. z o.o., who introduced the participants to the characterization of the Silesian Agglomeration. It turns out that it is an investment area that, to a large extent, has not been discovered by the real estate business.

After 1st May 2004 the housing market started to rise slowly but the current situation surpassed developers’ expectations and surprised market analysts. How long will the bull market be present, what locations have chances of the highest price increase in the nearest future and what are the current tendencies on the market? – The participants of this year Dream Time Conference attempted to answer these and other questions.
