Metropolis promotes Silesia in Warsaw and Vienna
Silesia has a great potential and offers many opportunities to those who are looking for a place for new profitable investments. That was the motto of the specialists from Metropolis Commercial Real Estate for the two most important real estate events in this part of Europe – CEPIF and Real Vienna.
The fifth edition of the CEE Property & Investment Fair (CEPIF 2008), which took place on 14th and 15th May 2008 in Warsaw, was once again visited by a record number of participants, almost 4 thousand.
The event featured both bigger and smaller, yet dynamically developing, real estate companies, which had a chance to present their offer. It was an opportunity to conclude new agreements and to find investors. Metropolis Commercial Real Estate was one of the participants in this event. The representatives of the company stressed that Silesia is sexy, supporting this statement with suggestive arguments and numbers. Almost 3 million inhabitants in the most urbanised region of Poland, great communications and prospects for development were the factors which really impressed the investors and journalists from all over the world who came to the Warsaw event.
Silesia and its potential were discussed also during the Real Vienna fair, which took place two weeks later. The guests of the Vienna event asked the Metropolis consultants about investment possibilities in our region. Top specialists from the real estate sector more and more often see the potential of the Silesian Agglomeration cities and pay attention
to all news from this region.
