Another modern office building in Katowice at Chorzowska Street
A plot with the area of 17,000 m2, located on the outskirts of the centre
of Katowice, is owned by Skanska Property Poland which plans to construct a modern office building in this place.
The investor, while explaining their choice, emphasized that Katowice is a market providing long-term benefits from designing, constructing, leasing and selling modern office spaces. The biggest international companies have been recently transferring their activity to Katowice, which together with the surrounding cities constitute an agglomeration with more than
4 million inhabitants.
Silesia is undergoing great transformation. Its largest cities attract more and more service and consulting companies.
The region has excellent infrastructure and - thanks to the very good communication with numerous cities - it is strategically located, which, according to the Project Manager Jerzy Kamiński was of great significance. The investor's representative also observed the favourable attitude of the authorities of Katowice.
