Gliwice: A logistic park will be established

Slough Estates company has bought a plot with the area 12,7 ha located at ul. Kozielska in Gliwice. The first stage of the investment with the storage space of 25.000 square metres will be in usage in the third quarter of the year 2007.

Slough Estates is the owner of 1500 ha of land in Europe and USA, including 400 ha for development. The company possesses in its portfolio 4 m square meters of business area, the total value of which exceeds € 8 billion. Over 1700 companies in the world hire the buildings of Slough Estates and over 40 per cent of projects are realized by the company for its regular clients.

Annual company proceeds from hire amount to € 520 m. Slough Estates operates mainly in London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Düsseldorf, San Francisco and San Diego, and since 2006 also in Prague, Budapest, Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań and Gliwice.
