Beginning of commercialisation of Silesia Atrium

Reinhold Polska, a developer which has recently bought the property, is going to put the first stage of the investment – 5,000 m2 and 300 parking spaces – into operation in May 2008. For the convenience of employees and guests, a cafeteria/bar and a service centre will also be created on the premises of Silesia Atrium.

The most essential element of the office offer of Silesia Atrium will be the possibility to create open space of up to 1,500 m2. This solution is awaited especially by lessees from business lines such as consulting and information and communication technology, who plan to open their branches in the capital of Silesia.
