"Sexy Silesia" at CEPIF 2007
This event attracted a lot of representatives of local authorities from Polish cities and from our region of Europe, the most important real estate companies operating in Central and Eastern Europe (Cooliers, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakelfield, Savills, Trigranit, Orco Group ), as well as investors interested in entering this market.

During those two days, CEPIF was visited by nearly 5,000 people related to the real estate business. Panel discussions and conferences, which are an integral part of the CEPIF fair, were especially popular. Among the topics discussed, there were the following:
- "Investment opportunities in The Ukraine",
- "Bulgarian Real Estate Market Overview",
- and "Sexy Silesia", organised by Metropolis Commercial Real Estate.

The last panel discussion was attended by representatives of the largest companies investing in Silesia (TriGranit Development, Reinhold, Howard Holdings). During the discussion the panellists tried to answer the questions of whether Silesia is sexy, whether it is worth investing in this place and what are the development forecasts for Silesia for the coming years.

CEPIF 2007 was the first fair in Poland that gathered in one place and at the same time all those who will work for the success of EURO 2012: cities, government institutions, developers, as well as construction, road, design and consulting companies.
Finally, we would like to thank the fair organisers for professionalism and excellent organisation of the event. We hope that we have contributed to the promotion of our region and the Silesian real estate market.
