Forum of the Young

During the meeting the young people learnt how to build their career on the labour market. There was a presentation concerning recruitment methods and further professional development: gaining experience and planning career paths. Young company representatives (including Marek Wollnik – Managing Director of Metropolis) were telling, on the basis of their own experience, how to achieve success. The principal aim of this initiative is activation of students and graduates of Silesian universities. This aim is realised by helping to gain valuable professional experience, thanks to which young people become more attractive for their future employer.
