Can Katowice be sexy?

Representatives of 3 companies which realise significant investments in Silesia will attempt to evaluate investment attractiveness of this region. Thanks to diverse experiences of companies such as Trigranit, Reinhold Poland and Howard Property Poland it will be possible to analyse the situation from the angle of the market of retail, office and residential spaces. The organiser of the discussion - Metropolis Commercial Real Estate - will present a report illustrating the dynamics of investment development in a dozen or so cities that will belong to the Silesian Agglomeration.

According to the analyses by Metropolis Commercial Real Estate, investments in the region gain momentum and they will be additionally supported by organisational changes introduced in the so-called Agglomeration Act. This panel discussion, which will take place as part of the largest national investment fair, is the second sign, after the very successful presentation of the region at MIPIM 2007, of the growing importance of Silesia.

The Central-European Real Estate and Investment Fair CEPIF is the third largest event in real estate business in Europe. The fourth edition is going to be the biggest so far. Over 4 thousand people confirmed their participation. The fair will consist of: exhibition part, 2-day conference, seminars, CEPIF Awards ceremony and numerous accompanying events.

The discussion, organised by the largest Silesian company specialising in real estate - Metropolis Commercial Real Estate - will be held on 4 June, at 12.00
